Signs Of Heart Attack

Sometimes we suffer through some severe disease or condition and we just avoid those situation our of unawareness. Knowing the symptoms of some severe problems is quite important to take appropriate actions against them. Heart attack is also one of those problems and it is important to the symptoms of heart attack so that you can take actions accordingly and save a life before its too late. Here are some symptoms of heart attack:

1. Pain in chest 

 If you feel uneasiness or discomfort in your chest, then it may be a sign of heart attack. This discomfort involves pressure, fullness or squeezing in the center of your chest that remains for more than a few minutes. The discomfort may be temporarily too. 

2. Short of breath 

If you feel that you are struggling while breathing or you have to pant for breath, then this can also be a sign of heart attack and you should immediately take some serious actions and call your doctor. This usually happens before your chest starts paining. 

3. Anxiety 

Feeling anxiety is also one of the few symptoms of heart attack. This feeling involves some sense of doom or a kind of panic attack that occurs for no apparent reason. Call your doctor when you feel the same. 

4. Sweating 

This is the most prominent symptom of heart attack. You start sweating abruptly and also feel cold. This also involves clammy skin. Just open up your shirt buttons and expose yourself to some fresh air. 

5. Nausea & Vomiting 

If you feel puckish and want to this symptom also signifies heart attack that is taking place. Immediately call 911. You should never avoid such symptoms or take them lightly. Generally people avoid these symptoms thinking that this is just like any other day to day problem and then they have to suffer eventually. 

Don’t take these symptoms lightly and immediately go and see your doctor. Also if you find somebody else going through such symptoms and he is unaware of these symptoms, then you know your job.
