How to make your own coconut yogurt

Raw Coconut Yogurt

  • 1/4 cup coconut water, kefired water, or filtered water
  • 2 capsules *probiotic powder (opened, discard actual capsule) or, 1/4 tsp loose probiotic powder 
  • 2 cups young coconut meat

Directions:
Add all the ingredients to a blender or food processor. Process them until it becomes smooth and creamy, adding more coconut water until desired consistency is achieved (should be like drinkable yogurt/kefir).
Pour contents of blender into a quart sized mason jar, or container that allows the yogurt to expand by at least 1/3 in volume.
Cover with a screw on lid and “finger” tighten. Place in a bowl or on a plate (in case of over-flow), and leave in a warm place  6-12 hours.
Remove from warm place, opening carefully over bowl  stir, and store in fridge.
