Was the Doctor who posted these facts Dr Dre... or perhaps Dr Pepper? As in not a real doctor? These 'facts' are on the internet so they must be true right? I like the careful way they have presented this information. If you have eggs in moderation they won't raise you cholesterol.. is that one egg every ten years. Eggs do contain cholesterol though right? They just won't raise yours? Eating fats doesn't make you fat... exercise does. - Excuse me? I lost 38kgs and it was not by eating burgers and fries. It was with exercise. My father died of a heart attack.. More specifically unstable plaque in his arteries which caused a heart attack.. what causes unstable plaque again... oh that's right... high cholesterol levels and high blood pressure which come from a prolonged diet of saturated fat. Otherwise my father was tall and slim. It was only his poor diet which may have let us know not all was well in his heart. Until he died he was never sick a day in his life. Please be aware of the effects of poor diet and as they say everything in moderation. May be you won't have a heart attack if you have an egg or burger but does this mean it should be your staple diet? Otherwise I have found this site very accurate. I work in healthcare. Just don't be naïve and believe everything you hear. This article is a fact like unicorns do exist .. we just haven't seen them yet.
