One of the most common problems that we often go through is the problem of dandruff. We always want to look smart and healthy. 1. Lemon Wash
This is quite an easy one. You just have to take 3-4 lemon peels and boil them in 4-5 cups of water. Boil for about 15-20 minutes. Let it cool down and then wash your hair with this solution. Use this trick at least once a week to get rid of your dandruff.
2. Vinegar Treatment
Mix water and vinegar in equal proportions. Stir well and apply this solution on your scalp. Massage your scalp for 15-20 minutes and then leave it overnight. Wash your hair in the morning with some mild baby shampoo. You can feel the difference in few weeks only.
3. Yoghurt Solution
Yoghurt can be a great solution for your dandruff because of its moisturizing property. Apply some yoghurt on your scalp and massage it gently. Leave it for about 1 hour and then wash it off with mild shampoo thoroughly. Repeat the process at least twice a week.
4. Eggs
Break two eggs on a bowl and beat them firmly. Use this paste on your scalp and leave it for an hour. Then rinse off with warm water. This will keep your hair from falling and will also help removing dandruff.
5. Oil Massage
Coconut oil, almond oil and olive oil work really well when it comes to your hair. You can apply any of these oils on your scalp. Just heat them up and apply some luke warm oil on your scalp and massage. Leave it overnight and then wash it off. This will keep your scalp healthy and moist. You can also add lemon juice with coconut oil and then massage your scalp with this solution.
6. Aloe vera
Aloe vera has got many benefits. One of the many benefits of aloe vera is that it removes dandruff. Apply the aloe vera gel on your scalp 20 minutes before you to take shower. Then wash your hair and feel the difference.
