Whenever you feel thirsty, it’s a great indicator about your body being dehydrated. Your body is about 2% dehydrated when you start feeling thirsty. This amount of dehydration is not harmful rather it is a good sign that you should drink more water and your body needs it. By the time you start feeling thirsty, you body is already dehydrated.2. Do drink lot of water when you are taking medicines. Taking lot of medications with less water can put strain on your kidneys who remove the waste from your blood.
