1. Banana
Banana can be very helpful in diarrhea. Take a ripe banana and mash it. Add 1 tablespoon of tamarind pulp and a pinch of salt to it. Have it twice a day to get the best results.2. Black tea
Black tea or coffee can be very useful when it comes to diarrhea. The hot strong black tea or coffee soothes your stomach and provide you much needed relief. It also helps to get rid of the stomach pain. It is quite effective.3. Coriander seeds
Coriander seeds are great and of much help in curing the diarrhea. Soak 2-3 coriander seeds in a cup of water and leave it overnight. Then make a coarse paste and have it by mixing it in a glass of butter milk. This will give you relief.4. Pomegranate
