Trick To Wake Up Early And Start Running

Running is the best way to stay fit and lean. Studies have explained that runners have lower risk of arthritis. They don’t need doctors more often and require fewer medications. Runners not only are healthy but also feel healthy. It’s great to run in the morning and has got many benefits associated with it. But people face difficulties while waking up early in the morning.

Sleeping problems are sometimes too hard to resolve. But this task can make you wake up daily early in the morning and run in just 30 days. 

Start this trick with determining the time you want to commence your day. This time should ample enough for you to run, get ready and go to your office or work. For 30 days set alarm on same time daily and try harder with the inside demons and avoid to push that snooze button. Make sure you set this alarm on holidays also and even if you had a late night party. At first focus on time of waking up in the morning than focusing on the time you should sleep at night. That is because counting hours of your sleep will give you stress and you will face difficulties while waking up. You must listen to your body also. When you feel too much drowsy, your body is probably saying that you need rest and recharge yourself. 

After 10 days have passed, it will be slightly easier for you now to get up but you are still not there yet. Next thing you should be focusing on is to jump and put on your running shoes and stretch. Our brain is so protective towards our body that it always tells you to go and sleep. 

After 28th or 29th day, you will be sleeping like a princess and waking up like a queen with out any help of alarm. 

Although this might seem too tough for some of you, but to come out of your comfort zone feels great and you feel like you have achieved something. Also running is better for your health and for a better perception of life.
