I frequently juice one lemon, pour into a pint of warm water, add a bit of stevia, powdered magnesium, powdered vit. C, and half teaspoon of powdered cayenne pepper, drink it all at once. Makes for a slimy mouth until all the mucous accumulated in the past 24 hours is spit out. I don't enjoy drinking it, but I do enjoy the results!
